Puppies are welcome to visit the parlour as soon as their vaccination course has been completed just for a look around, (by appointment only) this helps them become accustom to the surroundings & sounds of the parlour prior to their first grooming session. It also gives you an opportunity to meet us.
Please walk your dog so they can relieve themself before coming into the parlour. Always clean up after you dog.
Please tell us if your dog has a tendency to be snappy. We will do our best to groom your dog but will need extra time for the procedure.
DO NOT bring your dog if he/she is unwell.
Keep regular appointments. Both salon grooming & home brushing & Combing is an important part of responsible dog ownership. It also helps keep his/her skin healthy. A knot free coat will enable us to do the best possible trim. Most clipped breeds need to be groomed every 8-10 weeks.
Please ask for advise on grooming tools needed for your dog if you are unsure.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in us being unable to fit your dog in.
All appointments that are missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice will be subject to a £10 fee, This must be paid before we will arrange another appointment for you.
